I am a huge dog fan, I own dogs and have owned dogs all my life. In fact my latest dog has traveled most of South America with me and is a guard dog. Any decent person that has owned dogs before will know the amount of loyalty is beyond that of any human they have met. A guard dog has one job to do and it is to protect you and your family under any circumstances. A human would be more reluctant when knowing what the possible outcome might be. Just think about, when having fights growing up if you ever did. I grew up in NY and there were plenty of fights growing up in certain neighborhoods. Sometimes a close friend would immediately jump in, even if the fight was brutal, other times certain so called friends would sit back while scared to death of the outcome.
Humans can learn a great deal from dogs. Dogs are the only loyalty we have left as a society and humans are falling behind quickly.
Dogs and repossession situations
In the case of repossession you will find that there are beyond many stupid people and heartless scumbags. People that will use force by way of dogs in all different circumstances. Some will chain the dog to the car, some will sick the dog on the repoman. I have had many situations with dogs.
I had one guy I knocked on the door to question holding his foaming at the mouth pitbull by one finger as the dog wanted to attack me. I told him to put the dog away, that I wouldn’t want something to happen to the dog. he yelled what do you want? I said I need to ask you a few questions and identified myself, he then put the dog away.
Pitbulls are great dogs but one thing they are not, Contrary to popular belief are guard dogs. Pitbulls are very affectionate, loving dogs that happen to be very strong. When you have idiots that own these dogs, they turn them into not guard dogs since they are not, but into killer dogs. The dogs become fighters against humans due to the extreme abuse of these thugs. What we ned up with is a loving breed that had unfortunate luck, getting stuck with a thug that can’t raise even a goldfish correctly.
I remember so many dog cases but I will list a few here. One time we were picking up a van in a large un-fenced back yard in the country. The van was back there, there was a dog and it was sleeping. We had to walk back quietly to the van without waking the dog. As soon as we opened the van door, the dog wakes up, talk about adrenaline. We get into the van and we are gone.
Lots of times you have to get inside of a fenced area, unlocked but fenced. Many have dogs and the best thing to do is learn to feed them. Bring roast beef or peanut butter which may work. With y dog being a true guard dog, he will not even consider eating anything with a stranger while he is working. So keep in mind this will probably not work with any guard breeds. You may have to go to the fence once a night and leave food each night, just drop off some roast beef and leave until you finally feel comfortable with the dog.
Police raids with dogs
Every time I watch a police raid, it is so unfortunate that the first thing shot is the dog usually. The videos I have watched as of lately show the police not even thinking twice but taking an immediate shot at the dog. What sucks is in many of these raids the dogs are not even violent.
